Dear Paul,
I wanted to let you know what a difference you have made in my life.  You were absolutely correct when you said that finding my birthmother would be a life changing event.  It certainly has been; the outcome and experience has been better than I ever could have imagined!  I remember asking you why I should select you over someone else.  Your response was, “Because I will get it done.” 
I knew from the day that I had interviewed you by phone that you would be the one that I would choose to do my search.   Your compassion, genuine interest and tenacity for detail from the beginning were more than I could have ever hoped for.  And of course, you personally knew where I was coming from.
It took you barely 3 weeks to find my birthmother and also a ½ sister!  I am still in a state of shock to say the least.  Very shortly after finding them, my birthmother, ½ sister and I have spoken several times by telephone, and my husband and I flew out to see my new family in person!  It was absolutely a dream come true for me.  My birth mother is a wonderful, strong and kind woman.  My ½ sister is gracious and loving.  Both of them welcomed me with open arms. I can’t describe the love that I felt from them when we re-united.  I was overwhelmed, in such a wonderful way.  I guess we all were!!
My new family and I are all building a relationship, even though it is long distance.  Thank goodness for telephones, computers and airplanes!  My husband and I have been invited back to visit my new family and we will be flying out there again in just 2 weeks!  My husband’s and my children and grandchildren are also going to partake in this trip, as it will be a reunion for them as well. This entire reunion has made everyone so happy, and the healing for my birthmother and I is well on its way.  She keeps saying that it is amazing how such a tragedy for her all of these years has brought so much happiness to everyone now.  At 83, she is still so witty – she says, “I guess I have come out of the closet now!!”
Paul, as I had said to you before, you are truly a miracle worker.  If I can ever help you in any way, please do not hesitate to ask.  I would be honored to speak to anyone that is considering a search and reunion, and would highly recommend you with highest confidence.
